A training company that needed to raise their brand authority

Morgan HSS helps organisations with essential Health & Safety training for their staff to ensure companies stay up-to-date with current legislation. They have an impressive track record of delivering first-class training with qualifications and accreditations to back them up.

The brief

Whilst on paper Morgan Health & Safety had an impressive track record they were completely under the radar when it came to their target audience. They needed a professional brand to support the first-class service along with a website to share course content, qualifications and industry insights.

Our approach

Starting with a brand strategy session we established the business goals and KPIs for the branding and website, mapped out the customer journey and documented the content they would need to engage with their audience. We also came up with a solution to organise a lot of very detailed course content.

We designed a brand identity that would easily resonate with the target audience and help them make the connection with the services offered. We wanted to emphasise the fact that the Morgan HSS was an established business with a high level of expertise, so we designed a set of icons to reflect their value and usps. The new website features these as well as their accreditations and the clients they have worked with.

The website is laid out with an elegant navigation, clearly defining the key services with case studies and testimonials to back up the company’s brand authority. The main ‘Call to Action’ is integrated with a calendar booking system to help streamline the company’s operations.

The result

A sophisticated brand with a comprehensive website where the audience can read full details about the training and certification offered, feel confident they are working with an established company that cares about giving a first-class service.

As a business coach working with HR consultancy founders around the world, it’s a tough market; in order to grow, I needed to disrupt and what I had, simply wasn’t cutting it.
